Please be sure you have installed the latest service packs and updates for Windows before contacting support.
For the correct functioning of Folder View with Windows 95 and 98 (First Edition), be sure to have installed all updates for your system. You also need to install Internet Explorer 5 or higher. To download the latest version of Internet Explorer, go to the official website. For updates visit Windows Update. Alternatively, you can get updates for Windows 95 at Windows 95 Downloads and for Windows 98 at Windows 98 Downloads.
Folder View is said to work on Windows NT 4 with Internet Explorer 5 and updates, but it's not tested nor supported.
